I purchased a custom engraved apron for my husband for Christmas and they spelled it wrong. I sent an email and they asked me to send a photo of the product to compare to my order and I did. That was 3 weeks ago and I have heard nothing. I’ve sent emails and left voice messages. Also the coat was 75 higher than it is now.
Sent item to a completely different state. Phone Dosent work. I’ve emailed multiple times. I’m pretty sure this company is fake!
You sent via USPS and they MUST use the first line for an address. Your first line of the address was my confirmation number of 1428 and package sat at my post office for three weeks while they tried to figure out who 1428 was! No joke! Please put person's name who ordered on the first line of your address. I finally got the item on 12/1/25 which was ordered 11/6/25. Thanks, I like the apron.
The BarPro apron is beautiful, however after my first use at work wearing it, i noticed black ink all over my clothing. Ruined my pants and my nice shirt. I asked them how i can prevent this from happening, but it’s been a few days and no reply. I would avoid this product if you value the clothes you wear. It’s very unfortunate because this apron was not cheap. Im surprised to see no other similar reviews, is mine the only one? When i looked online it said it was not sealed properly however i do not know the correct answer.
