After weeks of waiting for a shipping update, the company has failed to respond to any of my attempts to communicate. I attempted to call, emailed two different addresses and FB Messenger…noone responded. Horrible customer service. Now I am attempting to receive a full refund.
The apron is basically a slab of thin leather. I had it engraved which made it look even cheaper. The apron in the picture is very deceiving to the actual apron.
Neck strap is stiff and rough. Weight of the apron pulls down on your neck. There should be an X strap in the back to alleviate this. Otherwise leather quality seems adequate.
honestly, the quality is just not there. for the price and the amount of time it took for the product to be delivered, i expected it to look as advertised. accents are not brass, they're silver and they look cheap. the apron itself is very thin and doesn't feel like authentic cowhide. there's no even a zipper in the top pocket. overall, disappointed in this product.
